POSI communication

I am a POSI holder and have been since Sept 2021 - it is a great project and I believe in you.

However, I’m concerned a little at the lack of communication and transparency around certain issues and to be clear, none of these issues have affected me.

I’m mainly a lurker in Telegram and Discord, I’ve seen a number of people complaining around DPTP issues and lost funds. CS Tickets have been logged, mods have done well trying to assist but some users appear to wait days, with no reply to tickets and no funds returned. It is early days but without dealing with the problems head on, with a lack of communication, it creates a lack of trust in the product and the platform. I look to the leaders of the project to talk to us and tell us what is going on and what you are doing to fix it.

The handling of the decreasing token balances issue I think sets the gold standard for future issues, discord, telegram, Twitter and now the creation of this forum.

Please keep everyone informed, even when there are problems and even if it’s not news that people will want to hear.

@justin It’s been 16 days since I wrote this mail - about the importance of communication.

Just go in Discord and see the various posts to see that people are frustrated. Stuck funds, a 3-4 days maintenance period. The mods are doing a great job but they have both arms tied behind their backs because they rely on info from you and the dev team and they simply dont have it.

Actually as a supporter of this project, i never came across a reasonable post as such.

Communication between project owners and investors is very low and the current issues on DPTP this will really create lack of trust from the holders/Investors

The team have to brief the community on what’s happening after every couple of hours

@justin Another 16 days and it’s very uncomfortable spending time in Telegram and Discord. Still DPTP issues since the updates, no liquidity and still people not happy with how their tickets have been handled - a real sense that some lack of trust in the platform.

Still, your mods do an amazing job fighting the unhappy people but you and the core dev team are hiding and it’s harmful to the great POSI project.

Traders on the platform need answers, trust is eroding and as the leader, you need to rise up and be transparent with whatever is going on in the background, please! It’s the not knowing that is hurting people the most.
