After the release of DEX2.0, it’s no doubt that PositionEx would be a big player in the Dex space and a front-runner as well.
However, given the challenge of liquidity and adoption, would it be worthwhile to consider taking advantage of the upcoming layer 1 chains and the liquidity that would be poured into them?
@justin Considering POSI would continue to expand its multi-chain reach, can the team have a look at releasing the DEX feature on established platforms such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Injective, and Polygon, as well as the upcoming ones such as Sui, and Sei? As an example, I have checked the current DeFi protocols being planned to be released on those new chains and they can’t compare with what PositionEx currently has and is planned for.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Position Exchange’s potential and the challenges we face in terms of liquidity and adoption. We appreciate your suggestion to consider releasing the DEX feature on established layer 1 chains and upcoming ones, such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Injective, Polygon, Sui, and Sei, to take advantage of the liquidity that would be poured into them.
As you mentioned, Position Exchange is committed to expanding our multi-chain reach, and we are continuously exploring new opportunities to do so. However, we also want to ensure that any expansion plans are carefully considered and aligned with our overall goals and roadmap.
We understand that there may be some promising DeFi protocols being planned for release on these new chains, but we believe that Position Exchange’s unique offerings, such as our Decentralized Perpetual Trading Protocol and mobile app, set us apart from our competitors and position us well for success.
That being said, we will definitely take your suggestion into consideration and evaluate the potential benefits and drawbacks of expanding onto these additional chains. Thank you for your continued support of Position Exchange.
Expanding to layer 1 chains is definitely a viable option for improving liquidity and adoption. By leveraging the liquidity on these chains, Position Exchange can potentially increase trading volume and attract more users to the platform.
In terms of releasing the DEX feature on established platforms such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Injective, and Polygon, as well as the upcoming ones such as Sui and Sei, it would depend on several factors such as the technical feasibility, the potential benefits, and the resources required for integration. However, it’s worth noting that expanding to multiple chains can also introduce additional complexities and challenges, such as maintaining compatibility across different chains and ensuring security.
That being well said for such a thoughts, it’s important for the team to carefully evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of expanding to different chains and make a decision based on what would be best for the platform and its users.
